Originally from Gauteng, Claire is a seasoned property professional with a strong academic foundation and two decades of industry experience. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Rhodes University and a National Diploma in Property Valuation from UNISA. Claire first registered as a valuer in 2005 and is a currently registered as a Professional Associated Valuer. She completed her candidacy at several prominent valuation firms in Gauteng and the Southern Cape before establishing her own independent practice. Now based in the scenic Garden Route, Claire is also a Principal Property Practitioner, specialising in auctions, business sales, and specialised property transactions. With her deep market knowledge and multifaceted involvement in the property industry, Claire offers expert guidance across a wide range of complex real estate matters. Claire invested in the group becoming a franchisee partner and is looking forward to providing her clients with an even richer customer experience through the amplified power of experience, mentorship and service from the Uniqueco management group.
