Cindy began her career within the legal sector pertaining to the insolvency industry and gained more than 15 years of experience in administration of insolvencies, liquidations, and deceased estates. She completed her AIPSA Diploma in Insolvency Law and Practice in 2008.
In 2016, Cindy transitioned into the auction industry, acquiring extensive experience in the marketing, auctioning, and valuation of immovable property, yellow and green metals, as well as a wide range of movable assets, including household contents, vehicles, and fleet. It was during this time that she discovered her passion for valuations and chose to pursue it as a dedicated career path under her brand, Precision Value.
Cindy is registered with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession in 2021 and completed her Diploma in Real Estate through the Cape Peninsula University of Technology in 2023. Since entering the valuation industry, Cindy has been honored to serve as a valuer for Caterpillar SA, conducting yellow metal valuations, as well as for the Northam Platinum Mining Group, where she performed housing scheme valuations, among other notable assignments.
Cindy considered a merger and partnered with the Uniqueco Property Valuers National Group, and will represent the group in Pretoria, Gauteng.
