Irene Venter, Property Valuer, Partner, and Director of Octagon Valuations formed a merger and partnered with the Uniqueco Property Valuers Group. Her career originated in 1991 to 1998 at the Johannesburg City Council, mass appraisal. Between 1998 and 2000 she worked as freelance Valuer for First National Bank in the Sandton and Randburg areas. And Nedcor Bank in Bedfordview, East Rand. Since 2000 to date, Irene were self-employed expanding her services in the Private Property Valuation industry and managed a sectional title scheme for a private investor for a 5-year period. She moved to Somerset West, Cape Town in 2018, working close with First National Bank and Uniqueco Property Valuers as contractor. Through negotiations between Uniqueco Properties Managing Director, Lourens Nel, Irene made a bold decision becoming a partner and franchisee within the Uniqueco Property Valuers National Group Partnership. Uniqueco Property Valuers is a dynamic multi-million-rand company with experience within the private market, mass appraisal, right of way and expropriations, as well as building insurance assessments. The company served a vast clientele and assessment portfolio exceeding ten-billions-of-rands.
