Tshepo Benedict Makhudu, partner and director of Makhudu Hospitality Consultants merged with the Uniqueco Property Valuers Group as regional partner. Tshepo will represent the group in Johannesburg East, along with the Western regional partner who will join later in the year. Tshepo’s career originates in the early 80s working in their family business and later South Africa Rail, before introduced to the real estate and investment industry in the early 90s. His career exposed him to prominent entities such as Russel Marriot & Boyd, Metropolitan Life Properties as investment analyst. Southern Sun – Tsogo Sun Group, Standard Bank Properties, Ernest & Young, Liberty Life Properties group, IBurst, and Total Facilities Management (Now Bidvest). And then a career shift to Property Valuations freelancing for a serving a few valuation firms, until he qualified and open his own practice MHC. Looking for new ventures, he met with Uniqueco Property Valuers managing director, Lourens Nel, and considered a merger aimed at mutual growth. Uniqueco Property Valuers offers a solution through franchising and national regional partnerships, sharing their dynamic and years valuation business expertise within the real estate valuation industry.
